| 长春经济技术开发区位于吉林省省会长春市城区的东部，目前已有世界27个国家和地区的80多家大型跨国集团来区投资兴业，世界500强企业有27家。 玉米是吉林省粮食的主要产物，长春地处世界三大黄金玉米带之一，为了更进一步促进玉米工业转化的发展,长春经济技术开发区将建立玉米工业园区，园区总规划面积41.9平方公里。玉米工业园区将以玉米深加工企业大成集团为依托，利用其从玉米生产化工醇的国际首创专有技术，建成一个年玉米加工能力800万吨，化工醇生产能力320万吨的基地，以此大力发展玉米深加工下游产业；并以玉米为原料，生产有机酸、变性淀粉、淀粉糖等产品。计划用10年左右的时间，建成全球第一个以玉米为原料的合成纤维、工程塑料和生态塑料的生产和加工中心；建成一个国内外资本聚集、技术创新活跃的、综合经济能力强大的现代化和国际化玉米工业园区。 Changchun Economic & Technological Development Zone (CETDZ) is located in the eastern part of Changchun city, the capital of Jilin province. It was established in April 1993 under the approval of the State Council of China as one of the national-grade economic and technological development zones. Up to now, 80 multi-national groups from 27 countries and regions had settled down in our zone, among which 27 are world top 500. Changchun is located in one of the three Golden Corn Belts of the world; corn is the main agricultural product of Jilin province. In order to further promote the development of corn processing industry, CETDZ decided to set up Changchun Corn Processing Industry Zone with the total area of 41.9 square kilometers. Dacheng Group is the largest corn deep processing enterprise in Asia, it’s self-developed technology, using a fermentation process to produce polyols, is innovative in the world and has independent intellectual property rights. With the backing of Dacheng Group, we will devote ourselves to establishing a corn processing industry base with an annual production capacity of 8 million tons of corns and 3.2 million tons of polyols, thus developing the down stream corn processing industry vigorously. The said Base will produce organic acid, modified starch, starch sugar and the other products using corn as the raw material. It is expected to take 10 years to establish a manufacturing and processing center of synthetic fiber, engineering plastic and biodegradable plastic with corn as materials; to set up a modern and international corn processing industry zone with aggregative capital, innovative technology and strong overall economy. |
